A Wall Plug (commonly called a rawl plug ) is used to ensure screws driven into masonry walls provide a secure fixing. Without them, screws would not grip into masonry and would not provide adequate compressive force to ensure a secure, permanent fixing. It is a fiber or plastic ( originally wood) insert used to enable the attachment or a screw in material that is porous or brittle or that would otherwise not support the weight of the object attached with the screw. - Clean the surface it should be dry, firm, and dust free.

- Maintain a ratio of (1 part of water:1.5 part of powder by weight) to have a good cohesive workable mix.
- Apply with firm pressure, so that thickness does not increase more than 30mm on walls and 20mm on ceilings.
